In accordance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, subject to Paragraph 15 below, the right to cancel, which would otherwise be available, does not apply to orders for personalised Products. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as customised cups or clothing, with customers names and/or personal messages. The customer is aware that images on the Website do not necessarily correspond to reality: images and photographs of prints may not reflect the actual appearance of the final product.

HYGIENE AND CONSISTENCY

As a matter of hygiene and resale, I sadly cannot accept returns of Equilibrium Cups, unless they are faulty, and I am notified within 2 (days) of receipt. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page.
You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal once your order has been successfully placed – it will include your order number and delivery method.

Please ensure that your delivery address address is correct at the time of making the order, as I am unable to redirect goods once they are enroute to you. Orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed and sent out for delivery. Please note that personalised items may take a further 72 hours to be sent out, no matter what delivery method selected.

UK – Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Northern Ireland, Wales and the Scottish Highlands may take longer.

Europe – Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, with some flexibility.

Rest of World – Please allow up to 14 working days, with some flexibility

UK – The standard shipping cost is £3.99. Please remember to select this option at the checkout.

Rest of World: From £14.00. I will notify you if there are additional costs, and if neccessary refund purchases.
