As I renew our passports as a family (yes, even our dog has a passport to explore the world) I'm left thinking about everyone's unique talents, skills, character quirks and abilities - their 'passport'. We all have a 'passport', be it education, a particular craft, an ability to network, or create... we just need to ensure we keep it up-to-date, use it as much as we can, and understand its importance in opening the door to new experiences, opportunities, and literally enabling us to fly.
