If I read a copy of your resumé, took the time to read through your Linkedin profile, or sat in on one of your interviews, would it be a true reflection of who you are, right now? Many give the 'sell', gain interest, respect and position, and then if lucky, the 'job', but few truly follow through on what and who they say they are in the interviews.
